The San Jacinto-Tizate geothermal concession is located near the city of Leon in Nicaragua approximately 56 miles northwest of the capital of Managua. Polaris has an agreement with Intergeotherm, S.A. [the original developer] and its shareholders to use all physical assets for a period of 20 years, extendable for an additional 10-year period.
